When People Call Me
People usually call me when something important is at stake and the path forward isn't clear.Maybe a team is stuck. Maybe a leader is facing a difficult decision. Maybe relationships have become strained. Maybe an organization is navigating change, competing priorities, or an uncertain future.The first thing I ask for is the quick rundown. Then I get as close to the situation as I can. I want to understand what's really happening, where the friction is, who's impacted, and what's making progress difficult.From there, I help people make sense of complex situations, strengthen relationships, and find a path forward. My role isn't to have all the answers. It's to help people better understand themselves, one another, and the system they're navigating so they can move forward with greater clarity, trust, and intention.

For more than 15 years, I've helped leaders, teams, organizations, and communities navigate complex challenges, strengthen relationships, and move forward with greater clarity.My career has taken me across organizational transformation, strategic communication, civic engagement, and higher education, but the work has remained remarkably consistent: helping people make sense of what's happening, understand what's at stake, and identify a path forward when the answer isn't immediately clear.I'm at my best in moments of significance.
